In the main event, Nassourdine Imavov cemented his name as a serious middleweight contender, stopping former champion Israel Adesanya in the second round. Imavov struck a jab that captured Adesanya’s attention before coming over the top with a right hand that caught the former champion by surprise. The win marked Imavov’s fourth straight win in a year, the dominant victory won ‘Performance of the Night’ and firmly places him in the title conversation at 185 pounds. Imavov spoke of his victory saying, “"I feel so good, I said all week long I was in the perfect shape and I'm the better striker," "Now I'm going to challenge for the belt" he said.

In the co-main event, Michael "Venom" Page knocked Shara Magomedov from the ranks of the unbeaten, using his speed, movement, and superior efficiency to earn a clean sweep of the scorecards. Speaking after the fight, Page stated “Everybody, look at me, look at me, I am the captain now.” He also thanked his fans in the Kingdom for being extremely welcoming and expressed his excitement in coming back to fight again. Earlier in the week he commented “Saudi Arabia is becoming the hub of combat sports, and I love being here and being so welcomed by you guys, I appreciate every one of the fans for coming to be with us.”

In a battle of heavyweights, Sergei Pavlovich and Jairzinho Rozenstruik took their time landing exchanging leg kicks and pointed jabs. Pavlovich dominated the fight but did so with patience and grappling and as a result, the Russian heavyweight got himself back into the win column by unanimous decision and swept the judges' scorecards in all rounds. Post-fight Pavlovich said, “It’s important for me to have long hard fights because I need to continue developing, sharpen my skills, develop myself and get harder opponents further on.” Winning fight of the night, Vinicius Oliveira and Said Nurmagomedov delivered an intense, action-packed bantamweight clash, pushing the pace for 15 thrilling minutes. Nurmagomedov's striking speed clashed with Oliveira's pressure early on, but as fatigue set in, the Brazilian turned to his grappling, dominating the final round. In the end, Oliveira secured his third straight hand raise in UFC, marking the biggest win of his career and putting him on the cusp of the 135 rankings.

Opening the main card, Fares Ziam registered his fifth straight victory in a gritty back-and-forth against Mike Davis.
