The Valentine’s menu begins with fresh oysters delicately paired with a homemade smoked strawberry mignonette, setting the tone for a delightful evening. Guests will then share a trio of exquisite starters, including a vibrant endives and baby gem salad, adorned with Gorgonzola cheese, walnuts, strawberries, apples, and a whole-grain mustard dressing. The rich flavours continue with a foie gras terrine, accompanied by orange marmalade, brioche, rock chives, and balsamic reduction. Completing the first course is the timeless burrata, elegantly served with seedless grapes, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
For the main course, guests will indulge in dishes crafted for sharing, beginning with a luxurious black risotto, infused with squid ink, seasonal mushrooms, parmesan, and chives. The classic lobster thermidor follows, featuring a creamy mustard sauce, tender green beans, and baby potatoes. For those who savour bold flavours, the Angus beef tenderloin ‘Rossini’ offers the perfect indulgence, paired with foie gras, sweet potato purée, seasonal black truffle, and a decadent beef jus.
The evening concludes with a sweet crescendo of desserts designed to be savoured together. The Violet Love Sensation enchants with its layers of coconut cream, mango-pineapple salsa, and a delicate violet glaze. For a touch of opulence, the 22K gold-covered cheesecake dazzles with its cream cheese filling, gold leaf embellishments, and berry compote.
