As the season shifts and Dubai’s dining scene picks up, CLAY Dubai is introducing a refreshing new addition to its bar experience from 5th to 21st December: the Ceviche Cocktails. Inspired by CLAY’s signature Japanese–Peruvian dishes, these cocktails capture the bold flavors of ceviche - reimagined into flavor-packed drinks priced between AED 55 and AED 75.
Guests can experience the same care and precision in these cocktails as they do in CLAY’s dishes. Each drink brings its own personality to the glass. The Clay Brasa & Carbon leans into smoky mezcal and Aji-Miso Campari, while the Carretilla blends bourbon, Aperol, and Aji Amarillo for a smooth, citrus-led finish. Guests craving tropical heat will enjoy the Thai with coconut & chilli tequila and mango–red capsicum jam, while the Kizami offers an indulgent moment with dark chocolate pisco and peach cordial. The Nikkei introduces a savoury twist through vodka and tomato–ponzu soda, and the Vegan keeps things crisp with passion fruit, jicama, and prosecco gastrique. For purists, the Classic reimagines the Pisco Sour with a hint of Leche de Tigre.
