In a groundbreaking collaboration, Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) partners with world-renowned three-Michelin-star Chef Corey Lee to launch a new restaurant, 'Na Oh.' Scheduled to open in June 2024, Na Oh aims to blend contemporary Korean cuisine with cutting-edge innovation, creating a unique dining destination.
Na Oh, which means ‘moving from inside out’ in Korean, is more than a restaurant. It will serve as a cultural hub, connecting traditional Korean cuisine with modern design and craft. Chef Corey Lee, based in San Francisco, will lead Na Oh’s culinary vision, exploring traditional Korean cuisine through a modern lens. At HMGICS, a vertical smart farm using advanced robotics technology will produce over 30kg of fresh produce daily, providing a direct farm-to-table experience. This integration of food and innovation reflects Hyundai's commitment to enhancing the customer experience at its global innovation hub. Na Oh will offer a casual family dining experience with the same quality products and technical preparations usually reserved for fine dining, making refined Korean cuisine more accessible. Additionally, Na Oh will provide cultural insights through collaborations with many of Korea’s master artisans, ensuring that every dish not only delights the taste buds but also enriches the cultural understanding of its diners.
