The project emerges from a collaboration between Japan’s iconic Toei Animation and the Qiddiya Investment Company, turning one of the most beloved anime franchises into a groundbreaking entertainment experience. Positioned just outside Riyadh, this new destination promises to captivate fans across generations and nationalities offering a glimpse of Saudi Arabia’s evolving lifestyle landscape under Vision 2030.
The Dragon Ball theme park spans over 500,000 square meters, making it one of the largest anime-inspired entertainment parks in the world. Designed with seven uniquely themed zones, each area reflects a famous location from the Dragon Ball universe including the iconic Capsule Corp, Kami’s Lookout, and Planet Namek. These immersive environments are crafted to make visitors feel like they’ve stepped directly into the anime. From vibrant architecture to detailed scenery, the park blends storytelling with technology to create a truly cinematic experience.
The park features more than 30 rides and interactive experiences inspired by legendary characters and scenes from the Dragon Ball series. One of the main highlights is the Shenron roller coaster, a towering ride reaching 70 meters, designed to replicate the moment the mighty dragon is summoned.
