The Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort has officially opened as Arizona’s first Grand Hyatt property following a $115 million renovation. Nestled in the scenic beauty of the Sonoran Desert, the resort now offers a redefined luxury experience combining innovative dining, exceptional accommodations, and an abundance of leisure activities.
The resort’s design celebrates the essence of the Sonoran Desert with 496 upgraded accommodations, including luxurious casitas and the exclusive two-story Gainey House. With a focus on seamless integration with the desert's dramatic landscape, rooms feature spa-inspired bathrooms, private balconies or patios, and multi-functional living spaces. Perfect for families and friends, the casitas include separate living areas and kitchenettes, providing a harmonious balance of comfort and style.
Partnering with celebrity chef Richard Blais, the resort unveils six unique dining concepts, each with a distinct flair. From modern Italian dishes at La Zozzona to globally inspired small plates at Tiki Taka, the culinary offerings cater to every taste. Guests can also enjoy poolside dining at Sandbar and H2Oasis, or savor Southwestern flavors at Mesa Centrale. These dining experiences blend imaginative cuisine with the elegance of the resort's setting.
The 2.5-acre pool complex offers 10 unique swimming pools, a sand beach, and a thrilling three-story waterslide for adventure seekers. For those seeking tranquility, the whirlpool spa provides a serene retreat. Additional outdoor activities include scenic biking trails, jogging paths, and championship golf at Gainey Ranch Golf Club. Tennis and pickleball courts also cater to active guests.
