Taking the city by storm over the summer, OKKU’s “D.I.S.C.O. Brunch” has transported guests to the colourful eras of the 80’s and 90’s with a specially curated brunch menu, upbeat music, colourful sake barrels, reflective disco balls, and refreshing beverages.
Taking place every Saturday from 1pm to 4:30pm with an unmissable after party from 4:30pm to 6pm, the D.I.S.C.O. Brunch offers a one-of-a-kind culinary journey that seamlessly blends authentic Japanese cuisine with retro vibes. As guests groove to classic hits from the 80s, 90s and noughties as well as popular R&B tunes, they can relish in an extensive array of authentic Japanese delicacies showcasing the freshest ingredients and the subtle flavours OKKU is renowned for.
Diners can start their meal with a bowl of miso soup, selected appetisers and salads. Options may include Seaweed Salad, Spinach Goma, Duck Salad or OKKU’s signature salad served with crispy quinoa, apple wakame and drizzled with ginger-goma dressing. For the main course, guests will have the option to choose from a selection of OKKU’s most loved dishes including Yuzu-Saikyo Miso Black Cod; Wagyu Steak; Miso Salmon Teriyaki; Chili-Miso Baby Chicken Yakiniku; or an outstanding ‘O’ Style Risotto with Wild Mushrooms and Shichimi Pepper. Main courses are served with Truffle Rice and seasonal side dishes. To finish on a sweet note, guests will be treated to a platter of the Chef’s favourite desserts and can further delight in an extensive, unlimited selection of Oysters, Nigiri, Sashimi, Makis, Temakis, Ceviches and Kushiyakis from the live stations which is available throughout the brunch.
