Launched by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the initiative aims to foster a city-wide movement towards healthier lifestyles. Throughout the Dubai Fitness Challenge, Address Beach Resort will host several exclusive Barry’s Bootcamp sessions every Thursday evening from 6.30pm to 7.15pm, starting from 31 October. These 45-minute classes, held on the resort’s lush Event Lawn, which boasts the most breathtaking views of the majestic Ain Dubai, will feature Barry’s signature blend of cardio and strength training and will be free for anyone to join with pre-registration, with spaces limited to 40 per class. The resort’s collaboration with Barry’s offers fitness enthusiasts a chance to elevate their workouts while enjoying the resort’s luxurious setting and stunning views.
