Guests will be escorted to a private, Novikov-only area on the promenade, offering exclusive access beyond the public perimeter. From this secured outdoor space, guests will enjoy a completely unobstructed view of the Burj Khalifa midnight fireworks, along with a surprise fountain show timed for the countdown. This level of access is strictly limited and reserved solely for diners at Novikov Café on the night.
Positioned directly along the waterfront, Novikov Café offers uninterrupted views of The Dubai Fountain. For New Year’s Eve, the restaurant reveals a special menu featuring premium ingredients and elevated Mediterranean creations, curated to reflect the elegance and celebratory spirit of the evening.
The New Year’s Eve experience is priced from AED 3,200 per person. Due to the very limited capacity of the outdoor viewing space, reservations are required and may be arranged by messaging the Novikov Café reservations team through the usual booking channels.
