In week three, participants can challenge themselves with CrossFit followed by a restorative Ice Bath, designed to strengthen and reset the body. Finally, the month concludes in week four with Aqua Synergy, a session dedicated to balance, endurance, and flow through functional training and aqua fitmat exercises.
