As we approach World Cocktail Day, The Lana’s line-up of incredible venues including High Society, The Gallery, and Bitter Honey, have introduced exclusive cocktail menus and tableside cocktail experiences, inviting guests to try unique drinks with bold flavours throughout the entire month of May.
HIGH SOCIETY
To commemorate the month-long celebration of World Cocktail Day, High Society has launched SOLARIS 2, an exclusive cocktail menu featuring 9 drinks inspired by the realms of mythology where the radiant power of sun gods intertwines with exotic fruits, creating divine beverages.
Highlights include Banana Forever, a Mai Tai-style mix with St. Barth Rhum and banana liqueur, inspired by Polynesian demigod Maui, who ripened a hidden green fruit, the banana, by pulling the sun closer with his magical hook. The Metamorphosis, made with Lyre’s Amaretti, Black Lemon, and London Essence Soda, draws from the legend of Samas, the Sun God who transformed a lemon into a dried black fruit with divine light, and Ragna-Rock! featuring a John Collins twist with mint, raspberry, mushroom, and London Essence Soda. Inspired by Sol, the sun goddess who fed her horses raspberries so red to escape the ravenous wolf Skoll, sparking the mythic battle of Ragnarok.
Each drink offers a twist with a story to remember, not to be missed this May.

THE GALLERY & BITTER HONEY
Introducing a refreshed cocktail selection and three bespoke tableside cocktail experiences, having a drink at The Gallery and Bitter Honey promises to be a theatrical experience for the month of May.
Guests can sit back taking in the stunning sights of The Gallery or in the intimate corners of Bitter Honey while sipping on The Smoked Bouleverdier, a barrel-batched twist on the bourbon Negroni, smoked tableside with cinnamon sticks and served over ice with Italian green olives and brine; The Martinez which takes on the timeless Martini precursor, served ice-cold to showcase elegance in true Bitter Honey fashion; or The Flamed Old Fashioned, A post-Prohibition-inspired classic featuring Woodford Reserve, caramelised notes, and flamed orange, each one served with theatrical flair.
