Spanning large-scale immersive worlds, live programming, shopping, gaming, food, and fan-driven moments, the festival brings together collectors, cosplayers, creators, and first-time fans under one roof. Across its five immersive days, every corner of the venue pulses with energy, colour, and the shared obsession that defines anime culture worldwide.

At the heart of the festival, fans can become immersed in never-before-seen anime worlds inspired by BLEACH, SPY x FAMILY, GINTAMA, and DAN DA DAN. These large-scale experiences place visitors directly into iconic scenes through cinematic walkthroughs, interactive challenges, themed rooms, and photo moments pulled straight from the screen. Beyond the worlds themselves, attendees can meet their favourite anime icons in person, with exclusive meet and greets offering the chance to get treasured items signed and create once-in-a-lifetime fan moments.

Creativity also takes centre stage at Animenia Abu Dhabi with the return of its headline cosplay competition, boasting a jaw-dropping AED 400,000 prize pool. The competition draws top talent from across the region and beyond, while world-renowned cosplay guests roam the festival, inspiring fans and sharing their craft. Those hunting for rare finds can further lose themselves inside Animate, the biggest anime store in the world, discover premium figurines at Tsume Art, and explore Artist Alley, where hidden gems and limited-edition collectibles await around every corner.

Fans can snack their way through the Animenia Konbini, packed with treats flown straight from Japan, while collectors can hunt for exclusive novelties from Toho and get their hands on the limited-edition Animenia trading card created in collaboration with Topps.
