AlphaMind has officially launched Mindset, the group’s new loyalty app designed to reward guests across every AlphaMind hotspot in the UAE. Now live and available to download on the App Store, Mindset introduces a seamless lifestyle platform rewarding guests for how they dine and experience AlphaMind’s restaurants, lounges, beach clubs and night clubs.
The app features three membership tiers; Gold, Platinum, and Black, with each level unlocking increasingly exclusive benefits, bespoke and personalized experiences. To celebrate the launch, new users who sign up to Mindset will receive 5,000 welcome points, equivalent to AED 250 credit*, redeemable across all participating venues until June 12th. Referrals also form part of the app, allowing members to earn additional points when recommending to their friends and family.
The launch of Mindset marks a significant next step in AlphaMind’s long-term vision to build a hospitality community unlike any other in the region, one that rewards loyalty not only through benefits, but through meaningful experiences and connection.
