Week 2 of Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) 2025 brings one of the city's most scenic flagship events – Dubai Stand Up Paddle presented by RTA – alongside international tournaments, endurance races and community fitness experiences across every neighbourhood.
From the tranquil waters of Hatta Dam to the fairways of Jumeirah Golf Estates, the week blends adventure, elite sport, and everyday movement as Dubai continues its journey to become one of the world's most active cities.
Returning for its third edition, Dubai Stand Up Paddle transforms Hatta Dam into a two-day celebration of movement and natural beauty. All sessions are now fully allocated, with registered participants set to enjoy free stand-up paddleboarding and complimentary kayaking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each day concludes with 30-minute sunset yoga sessions on the water, offering the perfect way to unwind against Hatta's stunning mountain landscape. Free equipment and shuttle transport from central Dubai make participation easy for all.
