Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC 2025) launches this week (1-7 November), turning the city into a month-long celebration of movement, wellbeing, and community.
Running from 1 to 30 November, the ninth edition invites everyone across Dubai to “Find Your Challenge”, committing to 30 minutes of daily activity for 30 days as the city transforms into an open-air gym for all ages and abilities.
Week 1 sets the tone for the month ahead with flagship mass-participation events, family-friendly activations, and dozens of free classes at Fitness Villages and Hubs across the city, uniting residents and visitors in a shared pursuit of health and happiness.
Cyclists will take to Sheikh Zayed Road for one of Dubai’s most iconic fitness experiences. The sixth edition of Dubai Ride presented by DP World features two routes: a 4 km family loop through Downtown Dubai and a 12 km city course past the Museum of the Future, Dubai Water Canal, and Burj Khalifa. With dedicated start zones and full accessibility for People of Determination, the event embodies DFC’s spirit of inclusivity and community.
Last year’s edition saw a record 37,130 cyclists – an 85 per cent increase since the first ride – and this year is expected to surpass that milestone. All participants must be registered at dubairide.com
