The Sevens Stadium has joined Dubai Fitness Challenge as an official 30×30 Fitness Hub, hosting a week of free fitness, padel and family activities in the lead-up to the Emirates Dubai 7s (28–30 November).
The activation brings together the community to celebrate sport and wellness ahead of Dubai’s biggest sport and music festival, culminating in Super Social Saturday – a free community morning taking place this Saturday on the 8th November (9 am–1 pm).

This activation is part of the Emirates Dubai 7s’ year-round community program, designed to inspire movement, wellness and togetherness beyond the main festival weekend.
The Emirates Dubai 7s 3-day festival returns at The Sevens Stadium from Friday 28–Sunday30 November 2025. The festival blends world-class rugby, cricket, netball, padel, and fitness competitions with major international music performances across three days. This year’s line-up includes FISHER headlining Sunday’s Frequency on 8 stage, alongside Tinie Tempah, Sean Paul, Shaggy, and DJ EZ across Saturday and Sunday.
