ARKHE has officially opened in Dubai Marina, welcoming its first members into a purpose-built wellness performance club designed to bring movement, recovery, longevity and community together in one connected experience.
ARKHE has been built around the belief that wellbeing is connected. Rather than separating training, recovery and preventative health into different memberships and destinations, ARKHE brings every aspect of wellbeing together in one place, making it easier for members to build consistent habits that support long-term health.
Today’s opening marks the first phase of the club’s launch, with members now able to access the gym floor and experience the space ahead of the full ARKHE offering launching on 1 September. From September, members will also have access to performance-led classes, unlimited recovery, ARKHE LONGEVITY-UK, community programming and the Dubai debut of PILAT3S Dynamic Reformer Pilates.
Located on the Dubai Marina waterfront, the club has been carefully designed to feel fundamentally different from a conventional gym. Bespoke equipment sits within an open environment shaped by natural light, generous spacing and intuitive flow, creating a premium training experience that supports strength, functional fitness, personal coaching, small group training and dedicated HYROX training. As an official HYROX Training Club, ARKHE provides members with the environment to prepare for HYROX competition or train through race-inspired functional fitness.
Recovery has been given equal importance. Every membership includes unlimited access to ARKHE’s recovery offering, recognising recovery as an essential part of performance rather than an optional extra. Members can regularly incorporate cold plunge, sauna, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and dedicated recovery spaces into their routine, all within the same membership.
Beyond movement and recovery, ARKHE has been designed as a place where people want to spend time. An all-day café, curated events, workshops and community experiences sit alongside the training environment, creating opportunities for members to connect and build lasting wellbeing together.
Complementing the club’s physical offering is ARKHE LONGEVITY-UK, which provides an evidence-led approach to preventative health. Through advanced diagnostics, blood analysis and personalised guidance, members can better understand their health, track meaningful progress and make informed decisions that support long-term performance and healthspan.
ARKHE will also become the first Dubai home of PILAT3S Dynamic Reformer Pilates, bringing the globally recognised concept to the city. Designed to build strength, control and mobility through athletic, performance-led programming, PILAT3S complements ARKHE’s broader approach to wellbeing, offering members another way to train within the same connected ecosystem.
“We’ve never set out to build another gym,” said Stewart Miller, Founder of ARKHE. “We wanted to create a place where every part of wellbeing works together. People shouldn’t have to manage separate memberships for training, recovery and preventative health. By bringing those experiences together in one club, we’re making it easier for people to build routines they can sustain for years, not weeks. Recovery should never be seen as an add-on. We believe it’s an essential part of how we perform, which is why unlimited recovery is included across every membership.”
Memberships across both ARKHE and ARKHE LONGEVITY-UK are now available, with limited places across each tier. Members who join before 1 September will receive complimentary access to the gym floor before their annual membership officially begins.
