This special edition is distinguished by a paragraph sign at 6 o'clock on the dial, symbolizing the law. For the automatic models, this sign is in gold, and in black for the hand-wound versions. Further enhancing its significance, "75 Jahre Grundgesetz" is subtly inscribed below this sign, and Article 1 of the German Basic Law is engraved on the case back, affirming the inviolability of human dignity.
Reflecting the reliability of the German constitution, the Ludwig watch series stands out for its elegance and precision. The in-house movements are calibrated to chronometer standards. The hand-wound models feature the Alpha caliber, while the automatic versions utilize the caliber DUW 3001. The largest, a Neomatik 41 date model, incorporates DUW 6101 with a patented date mechanism, ensuring both performance and style.
