Welcoming visitors since November 2021, Sky Views Observatory is situated in the heart of Downtown Dubai, directly across from the iconic Burj Khalifa, atop the 52nd and 53rd floors of the Address Sky View hotel. Rising to a height of 219.5 meters, the observatory features a collection of experiences unique to the region, designed to offer striking views and a sense of adventure. The Glass Walk features a transparent floor offering dramatic city views beneath visitors’ feet. The Glass Slide, a fully transparent, curved tube that extends along the exterior of the building, lets visitors glide down from level 53 to 52. For those looking for a greater thrill, the Edge Walk experience allows harnessed guests to walk hands-free along the building's outer ledge. As a Certified Autism Center, Sky Views Observatory is also committed to creating an inclusive environment, with trained staff to support guests of all abilities.
