Founded in 2018 by beauty fanatic Mona Kattan, KAYALI reimagines the world of fragrance through a personal lens, rooted in Middle Eastern heritage and the ritual of scent layering. Each perfume is crafted in collaboration with renowned perfumers using high-quality, cruelty-free ingredients that leave a lasting impression. This summer season, Alto 54 teams up with KAYALI to bring its beloved scent series to life with a limited-time takeover from May 20th to June 19th, all set against the venue’s stylish backdrop and breathtaking views of Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa. Guests will be transported through scent and setting as the space is transformed into four beautifully themed zones—from lemon grove-inspired Capri Dining to the lush florals of Marrakesh Lounge. With branded white and pastel yellow umbrellas, cushions, and cabanas, guests can soak up the sunshine or take a refreshing dip in the infinity pool, dotted with KAYALI’s colourful bottle-shaped floaties.
Beyond aesthetics, guests can experience each scent in a whole new way with interactive sensory pods that reveal each fragrance’s key ingredients, alongside a playful perfume vending machine offering surprise samples. Make sure to stop by the outdoor photo wall to add a splash of colour to your feed, then head to the postcard station to collect destination-themed stamps as a keepsake of your sky-high summer escape.
As for food, guests can delight in a specially curated selection of light bites, satisfying mains, and decadent desserts, each tying into one of the four tropical destinations. To start, savour delicious creations such as the flavourful Maui-inspired Salmon Tacos or the indulgent Lobster Roll for a taste of the Maldives. Mains include the creamy Caprese Burrata, while desserts like Exotic Fruits and a Single Origin Chocolate Tart with orange zest channel the richness of Marrakesh. Summer sips include the tropical Coco Slush (Maldives), playful Dolce and Banana (Maui), and a crisp Capri-style Lemonade Slushie with a zesty twist.
From May 20th to June 19th, enjoy the KAYALI takeover daily from 9:00 am to sunset at Alto 54, Address Sky View. Don’t miss the Poolside Brunch every Saturday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, with packages starting at AED 695 including food, beverages, and pool access, or AED 1600 for a luxury cabana for two.
