Armani/Hashi, the award-winning Michelin- selected Japanese fine-dining restaurant nestled within the iconic Armani Hotel Dubai, Burj Khalifa, invites guests to embark on a culinary ‘Journey to the Heart of Japan’ this summer. Available until the 31 st July, the elegant six-course set menu is priced at AED 650 per person and showcases the refined artistry of Japanese cuisine with a contemporary twist.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Downtown Dubai, Armani/Hashi offers an immersive dining experience celebrating Japan’s city-to-coast gastronomic traditions. Curated by Head Chef Kyungmin Park, the seasonal menu highlights quality, balance and visual presentation with Armani’s signature flair.
The experience begins with an amuse-bouche of Grilled or Spicy Edamame, followed by starters of Corn Crab Salad or Spinach and Mushroom Salad. Guests can then enjoy appetisers of Yellowtail or Seabass Carpaccio, and the Chef’s Signature Sushi and Sashimi Platter, featuring a selection of expertly crafted seasonal favourites. The tempura course presents a choice of Wasabi Prawn or Octopus Tempura.
For the main course, diners can choose between Spicy Beef or Miso Black Cod before concluding their exquisite culinary trip with the dessert course of either Mochi Ice Cream or decadent Miso Chocolate.
