BBQ Bros is back at Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek, returning for its third season from 12 October 2026. The outdoor dining spot brings back its open-fire cooking and laid-back Creekside setting, this time with a refreshed menu featuring new dishes alongside BBQ favourites.
The new menu brings together steaks straight off the grill, burgers, seafood and fresh salads, alongside pizzas, pastas and risottos. New additions include Revisited Beef Tataki, sesame-ginger salsa and pickled vegetables; Smoked Burrata & Creamy Aubergines; and Grilled Sea Bass, finished with sweet chilli and a crunchy crumble.
The grill remains a big part of the experience, with premium cuts including US Prime Ribeye, Australian Wagyu Ribeye and Tomahawk. The burger line-up includes the Smash-Bros, made with two prime beef smash patties, melted cheddar, caramelised onions, dill pickles and BBQ Bros’ signature smash sauce.
There’s plenty for those looking beyond the steaks and burgers too. The menu includes Fired-Up Baby Cauliflower with beetroot tahini, toasted nuts and pomegranate, Grilled Shrimps & Zucchini as well as a new selection of pizzas, pastas and risottos.
For dessert, the BBQ Bros Pain Perdu returns, cooked on the fire grill and served with homemade caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream, crushed nuts and grilled pineapple. Other options include the Chocolate Brownie, Peach Cobbler and BBQ Bros Bar.
