Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort launches a new dining experience inspired by Argentina’s rich culinary traditions with Asado by the Beach. Launching this October, this new dining concept promises an unforgettable journey through the flavours of the South American countryside, set against the stunning backdrop of the resort’s pristine beach.
Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, guests can indulge in a feast of traditional Argentine specialties, expertly prepared at our open Parrilla grill. Dive into a world of richly textured dishes with highlights such as the grilled Provolone cheese with figs and semi-dried tomatoes, and the succulent anticucho de pulpo — octopus tails served with aji verde and creamy polenta. All this is enjoyed under the starlit skies of Ras Al Khaimah by our serene lagoon.
The main event showcases an array of premium cuts including the juicy rib eye steak, tenderloin, and whole organic baby chicken. For seafood lovers, the menu features seabass and salmon, alongside tiger prawns grilled to perfection. Add a choice of delectable sides like charcoal grilled potatoes and roasted mixed mushrooms, complemented by a selection of Argentine sauces including aji amarillo and chimichurri.
The culinary journey culminates with sweet indulgences such as the rich Tres Leches cake and the creamy flan de vainilla.
Asado Nights by the Beach is priced at AED 275 per adult, with a 50% discount for children aged 6 – 12, while kids under 4 dine free. Book your table before October 12 to save 20% on your bill.
Immerse yourself in a gastronomic celebration that blends the best of Argentine tradition with the tranquil and rugged scenery of Ras Al Khaimah.
