Guests begin with Antipasti da Condividere, featuring a Seafood Selection of oysters, tuna tartare, cured salmon, scallops, and marinated seabass; a refreshing Fennel & Rocket Salad (fennel, rocket leaves, orange segments, taggiasca olives, walnuts, parmesan cheese); Burrata Pugliese (apulian burrata, cherry tomato, pesto Genovese, basil oil) and the Vitello Tonnato (roasted veal loin, tuna sauce, capers).
