On 23rd September, Brasserie Lutetia will showcase an exclusive set menu from 05:30pm to 10:30pm, offering families and friends the perfect opportunity to come together and indulge in a sharing-style menu that unites the sophistication of French gastronomy with the authentic flavors of Saudi Arabia.
The menu is thoughtfully curated to celebrate the Kingdom’s culinary heritage, featuring dishes that resonate with Saudi traditions while adding a French twist. Guests can savor comforting flavors like the Lamb Shank à la Najdi, slow-braised and infused with saffron jus, or enjoy the aromatic Red Snapper Provençal, paired with kabsa-spiced rice pilaf – a nod to one of Saudi Arabia’s most beloved dishes. For a lighter start, the Dates & Goat Cheese Tart Tartine highlights the richness of Saudi dates, beautifully balanced with whipped goat cheese and za’atar honey.
To end the celebration on a sweet note, desserts such as the Saffron Crème Brulé and Rose Pistachio Profiteroles combine regional ingredients with French flair, creating the perfect finale to this cultural dining experience.
