Priced at AED 898 per person, with an additional wine pairing for AED 458 per person, the experience features guests seated on a pair of “long” tables, symbolising the enduring spirit of China Tang, while guests savour the restaurant’s celebrated cuisine in seven individually plated courses.

The evening’s menu has been meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Simon Wu and his expert culinary team, who will showcase a masterful interpretation of Cantonese favourites alongside bold new creations, designed exclusively for this evening. With four decades of experience in Cantonese kitchens – including Michelin-starred restaurants – Chef Wu brings unrivalled expertise and a profound understanding of the flavours, history, and traditions that define authentic Cantonese cuisine.

Guests can expect a seven-course culinary journey, featuring highlights such as Slow-Cooked Lobster with Caviar and Marinated Scallops in Holy Basil; Hong Kong Style Roasted Duck; Steamed Chilean Seabass Fillet with Plum & Chili Sauce and Snow Pea Shoots; as well as the showstopping Braised Japanese Kumamoto Wagyu Short Rib and Radish in Chu Hou Sauce, served alongside Lotus Leaf wrapped Crab Meat and Chicken and Mushroom Fried Rice. Each course showcases China Tang’s culinary artistry, rich heritage, and commitment to authentic Cantonese cuisine, finishing the evening with Baked Macau Egg Tart and Sweet Rice Mousse as a sweet finale.
