Guests can also enjoy a rich, comforting Crab Orzo with 450g king crab legs finished with tomato sauce and basil, as well as a fresh Tuna Salad featuring pickled tuna, green beans, iceberg lettuce, eggs, tomatoes, and a grain mustard dressing. Sirene has introduced a dedicated set menu priced at AED 1200 per person, available to all guests, but recommended for groups of six and required for 12 guests or more, designed for a seamless dining experience for larger bookings. The experience begins with comforting Greek Mama Chicken Soup, followed by a selection of seasonal plates including Sirene’s signature Sea Bream Carpaccio, Caviar and Truffle Bites, Grilled Seabass, White Truffle Pasta, and a choice of Baby Goat cooked in a clay pot with black pepper and lemon, or a Whole Roast Chicken for those seeking a more traditional festive dish. The meal finishes with festive-inspired desserts such as a classic Apple and Raisin Pie, or Sirene’s iconic Frozen Yogurt with honey and candied walnuts.

To elevate the festive atmosphere, a diverse musical flow will guide each day at Sirene sets the mood with a curated lineup of live performances, guest artists and international DJs. From soulful vocal melodies during weekday dinners to live organic downtempo rhythms at lunch, and lively nights at The Pool Bar after sunset from Friday to Sunday, every moment is accompanied by the perfect soundtrack to complement the overall experience.
