Unrivalled Dining Experiences

Exceptional dining remains at the heart of the Four Seasons guest experience, and the past year has brought notable achievements across its culinary portfolio. At Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, the property proudly retained its impressive eight Michelin stars in the 2025 edition of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau. Adding to the list of achievements, CURA at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon secured one Michelin star for the fourth year in a row and made its debut on the 50 Best Discovery. The restaurant has also announced that Chef Rodolfo Lavrador will step in as the new Chef de Cuisine, succeeding Pedro Pena Bastos.

Four Seasons is preparing to launch a variety of new concepts including Bar Saikindō, a bold new Japanese street food Hi-Fi bar opening in October 2025 at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, and Li Beirut, an authentic Lebanese restaurant launching in Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya. Additionally, the recently opened Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr has welcomed Verdello, serving refined Italian cuisine.

Café Boulud at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Center continues to delight with new experiences such as “Coffee Mornings” and “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” and will soon debut Julien by Daniel Boulud, an intimate venue tucked within the restaurant offering an elevated private dining experience.

Unique Wellness Offerings

The brand continues to make waves in the realm of wellness, providing bespoke treatments across each of its world-class spas. Guests can experience the one-of-a-kind Night Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain, comprising a relaxing aromatherapy massage in the lavishly decorated indoor pool, a romantic flower setup, and a bottle of sparkling beverage along with a plate of chocolates, macarons, and mixed berries. Another standout treatment is the iconic Turkish Massage at The Spa in Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus.

In the picturesque setting of the French Alps, Four Seasons Hotel Megève has introduced four holistic wellbeing experiences inspired by the power of the Alps and built around four key pillars—body, mind, sleep, and nutrition. Further elevating the experience, the property is set to partner with Clinique La Prairie, the renowned Swiss clinic pioneering longevity and wellness since 1931.
