Gatsby Dubai introduces MOMENTOS, a new Thursday night concept designed to seamlessly extend the dinner show experience into a refined late-night celebration. Launching on Thursday, 15th January, the opening night will feature live vocal performances by Aimee Sophia, setting the tone for this new weekly format.
Gatsby Dubai will continue to present its signature dinner show throughout the evening. From 11:30 PM onwards, MOMENTOS begins to unfold, with live vocal performances taking place between show moments and continuing late into the night. Rather than creating a clear divide between dinner and after-hours, the experience is designed to flow naturally, encouraging guests to remain in the venue and stay engaged.
MOMENTOS is built around vocal-led house music, familiar songs, and live vocal moments that create emotional connection and shared experiences. The music evolves gradually over the course of the night, maintaining elegance while building energy, allowing the atmosphere to shift organically from refined dinner ambience into a vibrant late-night mood.
The opening night performance by Aimee Sophia reflects the spirit of MOMENTOS. Known for her expressive, emotionally driven vocal style, her live performances are woven into the evening to enhance the flow, sustain energy, and keep guests present well beyond dinner.
