For those seeking a more personalized dining experience, the à la carte menu will also be available throughout the night.
Throughout the month, Gerbou’s Iftar and Suhoor menus showcase the finest Emirati-inspired cuisine, beautifully infused with global flavours and crafted by award-winning chefs, Chef Ionel Catau and Chef Sahar Al Awadhi.
Iftar Set Menu
As the sun sets, diners are invited to break their fast with Date Bites and a comforting bowl of Vegetable Shorba, followed by a choice of refreshing salads. For starters, diners can choose between Potato Samosa or Honey and Cheese Samosa. Moving on to the mains, guests can choose between Chicken Machboos, Mutton Harees or Chicken Salona with Curry Leaves and Rice. To finish, guests can indulge in one of the delicious desserts, such as Crunchy Regag with Halwa or a decadent Date Cake, all perfectly complemented by a choice of beverage, which includes Chai Ahmar with Mint, Gingerbread House Tea or an aromatic cup of Arabic Coffee.

Fwala Menu
Available from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily during the month of Ramadan, guests can continue the festive evening with Fwala, a cherished Emirati tradition that symbolises hospitality and the joy of gathering. Traditionally, families and friends come together and feast on a wide variety of traditional snacks. At Gerbou, the Fwala menu perfectly encapsulates UAE as a melting pot of cultures, featuring delicacies such as Date and Burrata on Sourdough, Bun Maska with Karak, Samosa Jaffle and Baked Yoghurt with House Granola, amongst other options.

Diners can observe Suhoor with a carefully curated Suhoor Set Menu. The meal begins with Charred Cabbage and a nourishing Dahl Stew served with warm Arabic bread, accompanied by a selection of Kubz. To end the meal on a sweet note, dessert options include Aseeda with Pistachio Gelato, Honey and Cheese Samosa or the ever-popular Logaimat.

For those preferring to observe Iftar and Suhoor from the comfort of their own homes, Gerbou presents Ramadan delivery boxes, each packed with a flavourful assortment of dishes. Thoughtfully crafted to ensure a seamless and indulgent experience, the Suhoor Box priced at AED 220 includes Date Bites, Potato Samosa, a choice of main course, and a selection of desserts, while the Futour Box priced at AED 290 features Date Bites, Cheese and Honey Samosa, an appetizer, a choice of main, and a dessert. Both boxes offer a variety of traditional and contemporary dishes from Gerbou’s menu, ensuring a satisfying meal tailored to individual preferences.
