The opening marks a significant milestone for FYTE Hospitality, which holds the Exclusive Master Franchise rights for Hikiniku To Come across the GCC, bringing the internationally acclaimed Japanese concept to the region for the very first time. Known for redefining the Hamburg dining experience, Hikiniku To Come has built a devoted following across Asia through its singular focus on premium Wagyu beef, meticulous preparation, and a dining ritual that has become iconic among food enthusiasts worldwide. Originally scheduled to open earlier, the project experienced delays due to disruptions in global logistics and the shipment of specialized kitchen equipment required to maintain the brand's exacting standards. These delays were largely attributed to ongoing regional conflicts affecting international supply chains. Rather than compromise on quality or execution, FYTE Hospitality elected to postpone the opening until every element of the experience could be delivered as intended. "We have always believed that if we are going to introduce Hikiniku To Come to the GCC, we need to do it properly," said Tamer Elkhayat, CEO and Co Founder of FYTE Hospitality. "While the delays were unfortunate, they allowed us to ensure that every piece of equipment, every design detail, and every operational standard aligns with the experience guests receive in Tokyo. We believe September is the perfect time to introduce one of Asia's most successful restaurant concepts to Dubai." The launch of Hikiniku To Come represents another milestone in FYTE Hospitality's rapid growth and its reputation for identifying, creating, and scaling category defining hospitality concepts. Since its inception, FYTE Hospitality has established itself as one of the region's most disruptive hospitality groups, challenging conventional restaurant models through concepts that prioritize quality, experience, and community, with award winning brands such as Kokoro Handroll Bar and Window in Alserkal Avenue becoming standout dining destinations, alongside expanding concepts like Bake My Day and Katei that reinforce the group's ability to build highly engaged guest experiences. Together, these brands reflect FYTE Hospitality's ability to identify underserved categories, create distinctive experiences, and consistently deliver strong commercial performance through disciplined execution and operational excellence. "We have never been interested in following trends," added Elkhayat. "Our philosophy has always been to identify concepts that have the ability to change consumer behavior, challenge industry norms, and create experiences that guests genuinely connect with." COO and Co Founder Faisal Yabroudi added that Dubai's competitive dining scene demands authenticity and precision, noting that Hikiniku To Come delivers a uniquely refined concept built on craftsmanship, discipline, and simplicity that creates a memorable guest experience. As Exclusive Master Franchisee for the GCC, FYTE Hospitality aims not only to preserve the brand's original integrity but also to adapt it thoughtfully for the regional market, with plans for the first Dubai location at CMPLX in Al Quoz featuring 100 percent Halal certified Wagyu beef, custom built grills, and an elevated interpretation of the original Japanese experience. Guests can expect freshly ground Wagyu Hamburg patties served in a precise culinary sequence designed to highlight quality and technique, while the restaurant itself is positioned to become a global flagship for the brand. FYTE Hospitality has also confirmed plans for additional UAE locations by 2027, reinforcing its long-term growth strategy in the region, with further announcements on expansions, reservations, and opening events expected in the coming months.
