Founded by internationally acclaimed Chef Glen Ballis, INA offers a high-energy wood-fired dining experience that showcases the highest quality seasonal ingredients cooked over an open flame. At the heart of it all is Dubai’s largest flame grill, where fire and creativity collide in a multi-sensory journey. Each dish embraces the beautiful simplicity of natural flavours, served in an atmosphere alive with rhythm, flavour, and flames.
Kicking off at 7:30 PM, Ignite the Season sets the tone for the months ahead. Guests can begin the evening with light bites or gather around larger plates to share, including the fresh whole seabass and the succulent Westholme Wagyu Beef. Complement the experience with signature cocktails such as the Aje Cooler, with rose grape, apple, and pear reduction, and the tropical Shango Punch with grilled pineapple.

Guest DJ Siina will also be taking to the decks, bringing the energy with a deep Afro-house set featuring tracks like ‘Blessed,’ which has earned global recognition through Keinemusik’s standout sets. Following DJ Siina’s set, the night shifts into high gear with an exclusive After Dark Party, featuring a special guest DJ and pulsing rhythms sure to keep you dancing well into the early hours.
