For more than 30 years, La Petite Maison has been a fixture of Nice’s social scene, bringing together artists, celebrities and political figures over generous Southern French cuisine in a convivial, pleasure-driven atmosphere. Following its established presence in Cannes and Marbella, La Petite Maison will open its Paris address on Thursday, November 19, on Rue du Boccador in the heart of the Golden Triangle, just steps from the Champs-Élysées, Avenue Montaigne and the Hôtel Plaza Athénée.
La Petite Maison is, first and foremost, a family story of founder Nicole Rubi and her daughter, Anne-Laure, who have shaped the restaurant over the years. The Paris project is being driven by DB Group, founded by David Barokas, which will oversee the restaurant’s day-to-day operations. The restaurant is owned by Lapérouse Holding, founded by Benjamin Patou.
Remaining true to its Mediterranean roots, La Petite Maison celebrates seasonal cuisine, generous flavours and the pleasure of sharing. The menu features the house’s signature dishes, including pissaladière, traditional Niçois stuffed vegetables (petits farcis niçois), sea bass “à la Nicole,” whole roast chicken with foie gras, grilled fish and fresh seasonal vegetables.
A refined sense of hospitality, conviviality and the pleasure of sharing are at the heart of the La Petite Maison experience in Paris as in Nice. Lunches unfold at an unhurried pace, while evenings come alive with music, all within an elegant yet welcoming setting designed by Richard Sanders of First Within.
Both Parisians and international visitors will discover the hallmarks that have made La Petite Maison distinctive: Mediterranean cuisine, a genuine sense of hospitality and an art de vivre inspired by the French Riviera.
