Nestled in the snowy heights of Cheval Blanc Courchevel, Le 1947, opens its doors on December 5. Led by celebrated chef Yannick Alléno, this exclusive three-Michelin-starred restaurant offers a rare and refined experience where French culinary artistry meets exceptional alpine luxury. Designed by Sybille de Margerie, the intimate dining room and open kitchen create a warm and immersive atmosphere where every detail is thoughtfully orchestrated. Le 1947's ever-evolving tasting menu is crafted with meticulous precision, showcasing seasonal ingredients and bold creativity. A dinner here becomes a sensory journey, where flavours, textures and aromas are presented with extraordinary finesse. Due to its exclusivity and limited number of guests, the restaurant is extremely popular, and advance booking is essential. Dinner is served from Wednesday to Sunday between 7.30 pm and 9.00 pm, offering an experience designed to be savoured. Hakuba at Cheval Blanc Paris presents a celebration of Japanese cuisine. Helmed by expert chefs, Hakuba invites guests to immerse themselves in the refined tradition of Kaiseki dining, where precision and seasonality define each plate. The intimate setting is designed to mirror the serenity of a Japanese sanctuary, offering a transportive experience just steps away from the banks of the Seine. On the menu, guests will find signature creations such as bluefin tuna sashimi with wasabi flower, miso-glazed black cod, and A5 Kagoshima Wagyu served with seasonal vegetables.
