Riviera by Jean Imbert, the French-Mediterranean restaurant nestled in the heart of Dubai at The Lana, Dorchester Collection is introducing a new Saturday brunch designed for those who embrace the art of slow living. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Marasi Bay Marina, with the city’s skyline shimmering across its serene blue waters, the new brunch will launch on Saturday, 19th of October, from 12:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.
Inspired by the relaxed charm of the Mediterranean, this Saturday brunch is a culinary celebration complete with mouthwatering French-Mediterranean dishes inspired by Chef Jean Imbert’s rich heritage and travels, handcrafted beverages, and a vibrant yet serene atmosphere.
The brunch begins with a bountiful seafood platter showcasing the day’s freshest catch, setting the tone for a delightful culinary journey. Guests can tuck into delicious sharing style starters such as Veal Tonnato served with fried capers and truffle sauce; Toasted Focaccia topped with pistachio pesto, or Pissaladière made with perfectly caramelised onions, anchovies and olives. Moving on to the mains, guests can choose from an impressive array of delicacies such as Ratatouille Tart served with Parmesan sablé baked to perfection; Cod served with flavourful caponata, green beans and sauce vierge; Lobster Benedict; or Roasted Chicken Breast filled with ceps and truffle.
To round off the meal on a sweet note, diners can indulge in sharing-style desserts, including Fruit Tart bursting with fresh and vibrant flavours; fluffy Profiteroles; or a decadent Chocolate and Caramel Mousse that will melt in one’s mouth. Tastefully complementing this feast, guests can sip on thoughtfully crafted cocktails such as Lemon Colonel, a bright and citrusy drink that effortlessly captures the essence of a sunny French Riviera; The Artist Garden, a sweet and fruity beverage with a hint of spice; or the ever-popular Aperol Spritz, amongst other options.
