MOLI by SHI is giving its weekly dining calendar a fresh new energy with a revamped line-up of dining and entertainment experiences designed to take guests from weekday lunches through to lively weekend nights. Bringing together refreshed favourites and signature weekly offers, the new programme highlights something to look forward to every day of the week – whether it’s a relaxed business lunch, after-work drinks, a midweek BBQ or a late-night brunch with music and free-flowing drinks.
For those looking to break up the working week, MOLI by SHI’s Business Lunch returns Monday to Friday, offering a choice of two, three or four courses, priced at AED 89, AED 115 and AED 155 respectively. Designed for everything from quick catch-ups to longer lunches, the weekday offering gives guests the flexibility to choose how they want to dine, with the same menu served across the table.
As the afternoon rolls in, Happy Hour keeps things flowing. Available daily from 4PM to 8PM, the refreshed offer brings premium and refreshing drinks to the table, making it an easy stop for an after-work catch-up or an early evening wind-down.
Come Tuesday, the mood shifts with Ladies Night, where ladies can enjoy unlimited drinks and 50% off the food menu for AED 85, from 7PM to 10PM. With a resident DJ on the decks, the evening brings together music, dining and drinks for a midweek night out designed to stretch well beyond the usual dinner.
Wednesday is all about fire, flavour and a lively table with BBQ Night. Priced at AED 395 per couple for food, guests can also opt for drinks packages at AED 100 per person for unlimited wine and beer or AED 150 per person for unlimited wines, cocktails, house spirits and beer, available for two hours from 7PM onwards. Singer Tatiana sets the soundtrack for the evening, adding live entertainment to the midweek dining experience.
Then, as the weekend arrives, MOLI by SHI turns up the energy with its Night Brunch. Taking place on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7PM onwards, the experience is available at AED 275 for the non-alcoholic package and AED 395 for the alcoholic package. Friday and Saturdays will feature performances from DJ’s and live singers, creating two distinct nights to settle in, dine, drink and dance into the evening.
