SEEN by Olivier has been designed to make the most of its elevated setting, with indoor and outdoor spaces offering different ways to experience the destination. The indoor dining space is defined by rich green tones and a sophisticated contemporary setting that flows naturally onto the outdoor terrace. Here, guests can take in views across the golf course and Muscat skyline as the light changes across the landscape.

As evening falls, the relaxed pace of golden hour gives way to a livelier atmosphere, with music, drinks and dining bringing the rooftop to life. The experience moves naturally from sunset and leisurely dining into an energetic evening under the stars.

At the heart of SEEN is a contemporary menu bringing together Mediterranean and Japanese influences with bold global flavours. Japanese-inspired dishes, sushi and sashimi sit alongside Mediterranean favourites, fresh seafood, grilled meats and playful creations influenced by Latin flavours. From Omani lobster linguini and octopus carpaccio to yellowtail sashimi, wagyu tataki and signature fish tacos, the menu encourages guests to explore, share and discover. Local ingredients and references to Oman add another layer to the experience, with dishes such as Omani lobster and the use of Omani loomi bringing a sense of place to the globally inspired menu. The beverage programme complements the cuisine with a selection of thoughtfully crafted creations, bringing together refreshing flavours and distinctive ingredients designed to enhance the dining experience. SEEN by Olivier brings its established international dining concept to Muscat, adding a new destination to its growing global presence. At Tivoli LA VIE Muscat Hotel, the concept retains the distinctive energy, contemporary character and signature identity for which SEEN by Olivier is known, while taking on a character of its own through its Omani setting.

The design combines contemporary international influences with subtle references to Oman, while the rooftop setting places the restaurant within the wider landscape of Muscat, overlooking the golf course and infinity pool.
