Led by Chef Sydney Stranger, Director of Culinary at Dubai Creek Resort, and Chef Cristiano Bellantoni, Boardwalk’s talented head chef, the brunch highlights Bellantoni’s signature creations, each deeply rooted in authentic Italian cuisine.
