Set against the iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain, Thiptara at Palace Downtown brings Thai dining to the heart of Downtown Dubai. From relaxed Saturday lunches and vibrant Bangkok-inspired evenings to sunset dining and street-food flavours, its experiences offer something for weekend gatherings, dinners with friends and laid-back evenings.
Thiptara turns Saturday afternoons into a leisurely dining experience with a sharing menu that begins with refreshing salads and hot starters, followed by three main courses, two sides and a selection of desserts to finish.
Running every Saturday from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, the experience costs AED 325 per person with soft drinks or AED 450 with house beverages. Children aged five to 11 dine for AED 162, while those under five eat complimentary. The relaxed setting makes it an appealing choice for a long weekend lunch away from the city rush.
Thiptara shifts into a livelier mood after sunset with Bangkok Nights, combining Thai flavours with views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain. Designed for couples and small groups, the experience features three- or four-course sharing menus that balance bold flavours with refined presentation.
Available daily from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM, the three-course menu costs AED 195 per person, while the four-course option is AED 225, with additional beverage packages available. The combination of Thai cuisine, waterfront ambience and Downtown Dubai views makes it a strong choice for a memorable evening out.
Sunset by the Fountain – Early Bird offers an easy start to the evening, running daily from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Guests can enjoy a set menu for AED 150 per person or receive 25% off selected à la carte choices while taking in golden-hour views of Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa.
Thursday evenings bring a different atmosphere with Street Food Market Night, inspired by the lively flavours and casual energy of Thailand’s street-food culture. Together, the two experiences give diners the choice between an early, relaxed dinner and a more energetic evening filled with Thai-inspired flavours.
