Hyatt Hotels Corporation and China Resources Land (CR Land) have announced a new Park Hyatt hotel in Xi’an, Shaanxi province, China. The hotel will be located in the Xi’an CCBD commercial complex, promising to become a new landmark in the city. This collaboration aims to offer a luxurious experience combining modern amenities and personalized service with Xi'an's rich cultural heritage.
Park Hyatt Xi’an will be situated in the heart of the CCBD project in the Qujiang District, just four miles from the historic Bell Tower. This location offers convenient access to the city's commercial hub, vibrant cultural scenes, and upscale shopping at The Xi’an Mixc. The hotel's prime position within a key mix-use commercial complex along Xi’an’s central axis makes it a strategic addition to the city's landscape.
The new Park Hyatt Xi’an will feature 192 rooms and suites, world-class culinary and wellness experiences, and inspiring spaces for meetings and events. The hotel aims to blend modern amenities with personalized service, ensuring a sophisticated home-away-from-home experience for worldly travelers and locals alike.
Designed by renowned architect Thomas Heatherwick, the CCBD complex is a key project contributing to Xi’an’s development in technology and cultural industries. Park Hyatt Xi’an’s location in this complex will enhance its appeal as a major tourism, business, technology, and transportation hub, attracting both local and international visitors.
The collaboration between Hyatt and CR Land has resulted in several successful projects since 2009, including Grand Hyatt Shenzhen and Park Hyatt Hangzhou. Stephen Ho, president of growth and operations, Asia Pacific, Hyatt, and Gang Chen, general manager, CR Land Central and Western Districts, both express confidence in delivering an exceptional hotel that strengthens Hyatt’s brand presence and contributes to Xi’an’s development.
