Set against a romantic backdrop, Valentine’s Day at BASTA! is an intimate Italian affair, where classic flavours meet indulgent craftsmanship. On 13th and 14th February, BASTA! will host a special Valentine’s Dinner, accompanied by a live singer performing from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM on both evenings. The exclusive Valentine’s Day menu begins with refined starters such as Oysters served on ice served with lemon and raspberry mignonette, House-cured charred salmon with citrus crème fraîche, or Barbabietola, Nocciola E Oro, an oven-baked heirloom beetroot elevated with goat cheese mousse and gold leaf.

For the main course, guests may choose from Fiori Di Zucchina, delicate baked zucchini flowers filled with ricotta; Ravioli, with homemade chicken and foie gras fagottelli with aged Parmesan fondue, roasting jus, and black truffle; Branzino, a pan-seared Mediterranean seabass fillet served with lobster bisque, Fregola Sarda, baby artichokes, Sicilian capers, Amalfi lemon, and basil; or Filetto di Manzo, a perfectly grilled Angus beef tenderloin accompanied by cauliflower purée, black truffle, and roasting jus. The experience concludes on a sweet note with decadent desserts, including the signature Love Sphere, a dramatic chocolate creation revealing strawberry jam and mascarpone ice cream or the indulgent Red Temptation chocolate cake with vanilla chantilly and cherry compote.

For those seeking a more leisurely and elegant celebration, Ginori Terrace offers a refined Valentine’s Day edition of its renowned afternoon tea, designed for sharing. Available from Monday, 9th February to Sunday, 15th February 2026, between 2pm and 6pm, guests can enjoy a thoughtfully curated spread priced at AED 250 per person, inclusive of coffee or tea, and one complimentary glass of prosecco.

The experience features a selection of savoury delights including Foie & Raspberry with foie gras, raspberry gel, and orange brioche; Caviar Tartlet with Oscietra caviar and citrus crème fraîche; Brie & Beet with beetroot brioche, fig chutney, and candied pecans; Smoked Salmon Sandwich with dill cream, ikura, and beetroot gel; and Turkey & Trufflewith Comté cheese and truffle cream.

Sweet moments include Pistachio Macaron with Sicilian pistachio mousse, mixed berry jam, crispy kunafa; Passion Fruit & Chocolate Tartelette; Signature Raspberry Cheesecake; White Rose with light coconut mousse, yuzu pear confit, génoise sponge and freshly baked Plain and Cranberry Scones served with clotted cream and jam.
