What: With truffle season in full swing, diners are invited to indulge in an exclusive menu thoughtfully crafted by the exceptionally talented culinary team at Riviera, where each dish celebrates the rich, distinctive character of truffle, striking a perfect balance between elegance and complexity.
Featuring the finest truffles sourced directly from France, the menu highlights their natural intensity, aroma and depth, beautifully complemented by other carefully selected seasonal ingredients.

What: Jun’s, helmed by Chef Kelvin Cheung, will host a special one-night collaboration with Ojina Jeju, a family-run Korean dining experience from Jeju Island. Bringing together closely connected approaches to fermentation and personal cooking and supported by 1004 Gourmet through its 1004 & Friends initiative.
