The world-renowned Japanese dining and hospitality brand Nobu is making an exclusive appearance at Yas Marina, offering a curated menu of signature dishes, premium beverages, and live DJ performances from December 1 to 7. The pop-up will provide an elegant indoor, outdoor, and private dining experience for up to 220 guests, featuring Nobu’s signature dishes such as Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, Rock Shrimp Tempura, and Nobu Wagyu Sliders, alongside decadent desserts and curated beverage packages. The Mediterranean-inspired Diablito Food & Music welcomes guests on a first-come, first-served basis from December 4 to 7. Throughout the Race Weekend, it will offer à la carte dining, while on Friday, December 5, guests can indulge in a lovely sundowner brunch from 12 PM to 6 PM, featuring three hours of free-flowing food and drinks.
Diners can indulge in Spanish and Mediterranean-inspired dishes, including tapas, paellas, pizzas, and premium cuts of meat. Signature dishes include Callos Con Garbanzos, Spaguetti Olio Prawns, and Senyoret Paella, which is a seafood medley of prawns, squid, and cuttlefish that showcases the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean, while the beloved San Sebastian Cheesecake offers a sweet finale. Over the weekend, on Saturday and Sunday from 1 PM to 4 PM, Mika will host its signature Riviera Brunch, inviting diners to indulge in a five-course sharing-style dining experience and select from three premium beverage packages. The menu begins with starters such as freshly baked homemade bread and Yellowfin Tuna Crudo, followed by small plates like Atlantic Red Prawns and Wood-Fired Lamb Skewers. The feast continues with the main course, followed by desserts like Mika’s signature Nonna’s Tiramisu or Lemon Meringue, then a shot of house-made Limoncello to finish off.
In the afternoon, from 4 PM to 6 PM, walk-ins are welcome with no minimum spend, allowing guests to relax with a drink and soak up the vibrant race-day atmosphere.
As the engines cool and the sun sets, Mika transitions into celebration mode with La Festa Mika, an after-party starting from 7 PM.
