The Mansour Festival has officially added another Guinness World Records™ title to its name, unveiling the world’s tallest LEGO® brick fictional character at Yas Gateway Park North on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
The structure, built in the likeness of the beloved character Mansour, stands an extraordinary 10 meters in height, measuring 3.4 meters wide, 1.8 meters deep, and weighing approximately 8.5 tones.
Constructed from standard, market-available LEGO® bricks, the build was completed working to Guinness World Records™ specifications.
The record was verified onsite today, marking a proud moment for the Festival, the creative team behind the Mansour universe, and families from across the UAE who contributed to the process prior to the event this month (20-23 November).
This new record follows the festival’s previous Guinness World Records™ achievement, awarded during its inaugural edition last year, for creating the world’s largest ball pit, further reinforcing its growing reputation as one of the UAE’s most imaginative and culturally resonant family experiences.
Speaking following the official confirmation, Imane Alsalem Tlamid, Chief Executive Officer of Bidaya, said: “This Guinness World Records™ title is a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and the spirit of possibility that Mansour represents.
“The character stands for curiosity, ambition, and the confidence to dream big – values we see reflected in young people across the UAE. To bring this build to life with families and schools taking part makes this achievement even more meaningful.”
A Community Effort, Built Brick by Brick
As part of the activation, a selection of LEGO® bricks was distributed to participating schools in September, with the bricks collected again by the end of October for inclusion in the final build. This allowed students to play a role in the record attempt process ahead of the Festival.
The build process adhered to strict safety and technical guidelines, with final structural assessment completed prior to verification. The official Guinness World Records™ adjudication took place onsite, where measurements were confirmed and the record certified.

Returning for its second edition from 20 to 23 November 2025, the Festival continues to grow as a platform that celebrates Emirati identity, imagination, and family connection. This record-setting moment marks a milestone in the festival’s evolution, aligning with its goal of inspiring the next generation through creativity, innovation, and cultural pride.
