Owned by Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov, a prominent figure in the mining, telecommunications, and publishing industries, Dilbar often docks in the port of Antibes, France, where its substantial size necessitated infrastructure upgrades. The yacht has also been in the news following reports of its detention by German authorities amid Russian sanctions.

Dilbar is manned by a skilled crew of 80 members to ensure smooth operation and maintenance. For special occasions, the crew size can expand to accommodate up to 96, allowing the yacht to host as many as 120 guests and crew members. Among its premium amenities is the largest swimming pool built on a yacht, spanning 25 meters and holding up to 180 cubic meters of water, providing an unparalleled swimming experience.
