The Formula 1® season finale is just around the corner, and excitement is building as fans across the UAE gear up for the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
First seen on track at the FORMULA 1 MIAMI GRAND PRIX 2025 Drivers’ Parade, the LEGO Group is bringing the LEGO Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 car to Abu Dhabi for the first time ever. The iconic LEGO build consists of nearly 400,000 LEGO bricks, weighs in at over 1,500 kg, and is capable of reaching speeds of up to 20 km/hm. The car was constructed at the LEGO Group’s Kladno factory in the Czech Republic, involving 26 LEGO® designers, engineers and master builders. The model is almost identical in size to a real 2024 Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula 1 car and includes details such as sponsor logos and authentic Pirelli tires.
