The series sees Lauren Cohan return as Maggie and Jeffrey Dean Morgan reprise his iconic role as Negan. Joining them are Gaius Charles as Perlie Armstrong, Zeljko Ivanek as The Croat, Mahina Anne Marie Napoleon as Ginny, Karina Ortiz as Amaia, Jonathan Higginbotham as Tommaso, Logan Kim as Hershel, and Lisa Emery as The Dama.
