The collaboration transforms PUBG MOBILE by recreating legendary locations from the anime, including Hidden Leaf Village, Hokage Rock, and Ichiraku Ramen Shop. Players can encounter familiar characters and enemies such as Kurama, while mastering signature ninja techniques including Rasengan, Chidori, Shadow Clone Jutsu, and Flying Raijin Jutsu. The update also introduces voice-activated ninjutsu in selected modes, allowing players to trigger special abilities through voice commands for a more immersive combat experience.

Beyond the Naruto-themed gameplay, Version 4.5 introduces major additions across several game modes. Metro Royale Chapter 33 receives new ninja-inspired encounters and seasonal rewards, while World of Wonder expands its creative toolkit with exclusive Naruto assets and templates for map creators. Home Mode also gains the new Seashell Bay style, design competitions, and quality-of-life improvements, giving players even more customization options throughout the update.

The update includes one of the largest reward campaigns in PUBG MOBILE, allowing players to unlock more than $600 worth of free in-game rewards, including character outfits, voice packs, and exclusive NARUTO SHIPPUDEN collectibles. In addition, the update teases a new collaboration with Scuderia Ferrari HP, alongside Season 31, new gameplay enhancements, and additional seasonal content, making Version 4.5 one of the most feature-packed updates the game has ever released.
