B-Heaven by Barceló, the vibrant rooftop restaurant at Barceló Al Jaddaf, is hosting a one-night-only Michelin collaboration on Monday, 26 January 2026, welcoming Chef Kisko García, the one-Michelin-starred talent behind Restaurant Choco in Córdoba, Spain. The exclusive Michelin Tapas: Spanish Beef & Lamb Edition evening will take place from 7:30pm to 10:30pm, inviting diners to enjoy a relaxed yet refined tapas experience celebrating premium Spanish beef and lamb.
Renowned for his ability to evoke the senses through thoughtfully crafted dishes, Chef García will collaborate with Manoj Nair, Executive Chef at Barceló Al Jaddaf, and Leonora Azuaje, Head Chef of B-Heaven, bringing together contemporary Spanish techniques and the restaurant’s signature Caribbean flair.
Highlights from the menu will include vibrant dishes such as lamb burgers or Café de Paris sirloin by Chef García, alongside B-Heaven favourites such as crispy shrimp with persimmon and ají amarillo sauce, and mini cachapas with cottage cheese and infused honey, each designed to showcase freshness, balance and creativity. Guests can choose between a Soft Package priced at AED 325, including tapas and soft drinks, or a Pairing Package at AED 395, featuring tapas with two glasses of carefully selected paired wine.
Presented in collaboration with leading Spanish organisations Provacuno and Interovic, both participating in Gulfood 2026, this one-off event offers Dubai diners an opportunity to experience Michelin-starred Spanish cuisine in an intimate rooftop atmosphere.
