China Tang Dubai, the legendary Cantonese restaurant at The Lana Promenade, Dorchester Collection, presents a festive edition of its Grand Tier Brunch, extending the beloved Saturday experience to four consecutive days from 25th to 28th December. Guests can enjoy the restaurant’s popular brunch offering, enhanced with exclusive festive dishes and cocktails, and immersive tableside entertainment.
Set within opulent Art Deco interiors inspired by 1930s Shanghai, China Tang Dubai offers a timeless yet contemporary dining experience in the heart of Downtown Dubai. Overlooking the serene waters of Marasi Bay Marina with panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa, the restaurant provides an elegant setting for unforgettable holiday celebrations brimming with charm, theatre, and festive indulgence.
Alongside its signature dishes such as the Pistachio-Filled Osmanthus-Infused Tomatoes, Signature Beijing Duck, Szechuan Prawns, and Chicken in Black Bean Sauce – just to name a few – the festive brunch also features its Festive Duck Trolley, offering live table-side carvings of China Tang’s succulent Signature Beijing Duck. The menu further introduces a selection of exclusive holiday creations, including Salted Egg Yolk Soft Shell Crab, Lobster Har Kau, Double-Boiled Chinese Chestnut Soup, Wok-Fried King Prawns Fisherman Style, and the Longevity Noodles with White Truffle Sauce, which are traditionally served during Chinese celebrations to signify prosperity and long life.
Towards the end of the meal, a specially curated Dessert Platter is served, offering a contemporary twist on classic Cantonese flavours.
